The box contains 8-12 items of hand-picked Cuban culture goodies. Food, snacks, coffee, dried fruits, meats, kitchen tools, mugs, flags and other Cuban memorabilia. It's a surprise every month. How big is the box? 11.25" wide by 8.25" long and 3.5" high. The box is big and packed with stuff :-) When will my Abuela Mami box be sent? Your first box arrives soon after ordering. After that, the box joins the regular shipping schedule. Abuela Mami boxes are usually sent mid-month (no later than the 22nd). The cut-off date to receive this month's subscription is the 24-26th of each month. Subscribers who sign up after the cut-off date won't be billed again right away. How much does shipping cost? Shipping & handling is $6.95 for the box. We ship via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day. Do you offer a coffee option? Yes, we have our own Abuela Mami Coffee . Are the products from Cuba? We do not sell or send anything from Cuba. We send 'Cuban' products that are manufactured by US Companies in Miami, Florida. We also include products from the Americas and Europe. For example, the 'Cuban Cafetera' is actually an Italian coffee/espresso machine called a Moka pot. Vegetarian, Vegan, Non-GMO or gluten-free? We try our best to include food everyone can enjoy.
